About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our Trade Counter team in Thomastown. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering products, providing customer service, and undertaking various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our branch.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver products to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist engineers, project managers, and other tradespeople in accessing the products they need
  • Undertake pick, pack, and stock control activities to ensure accurate and efficient inventory management
  • Contribute to maintaining a high standard of general housekeeping within the branch

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service, with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to work various shifts, including weekends
