We are seeking a caring and dedicated individual to join our team in Dural.

The role involves providing high-quality care and support to residents, and contributing to a positive and respectful environment.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a Certificate 3 qualification in Ageing or Individual Support, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You will also need to be able to work as part of a tight-knit team and delegate effectively, and have a strong understanding of Resident Rights and Aged Care Accreditation Standards.
