  • Demonstrated expertise in menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.

  • Friendly and confident demeanor, with a warm and welcoming attitude towards guests and colleagues alike.
  • Qld RSA certification and WSET level 2 or equivalent wine qualification are highly desirable.
