Empowering young people with disabilities is at the heart of our mission. As a Community Access Youth Services leader, you will direct a dedicated team to deliver innovative programs and services that enable children and young people with disabilities to thrive.

About the Role

You will oversee a team of Support Workers, delivering high-quality, person-centred programs and services that focus on community access, youth programs, recreation, and skills-based activities. Your work will help clients build confidence, independence, and social connections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH FAMILIES, KEY STAKEHOLDERS, AND COMMUNITY PARTNERS.
  • EXPAND AND GROW NDIS-FUNDED YOUTH SERVICES.
  • E NSURE NDIS COMPLIANCE AND QUALITY STANDARDS ARE MET.
  • MANAGE STAFF ROSTERS, APPROVE TIMESHEETS, AND OVERSEE TEAM PERFORMANCE.
  • LEAD INCIDENT MANAGEMENT AND RESOLUTION PROCESSES.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in managing a team in youth disability services.
  • Proven ability to grow services, maintain compliance, and manage budgets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Minimum Cert IV in Community Services (Disability) or related qualification.
  • Current First Aid certificate, Driver's licence, Working with Children Check, and National Police Check.
