Job Opportunity: Financial Administrator for Drought Resilience Hub
The Victoria Drought Resilience Adoption and Innovation Hub seeks a skilled Financial Administrator to support its operations.
About the Role:
- This role is responsible for managing financial transactions, coordinating with partners, and ensuring compliance with grant agreements and university policies.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, strong financial analytical and problem-solving skills, and a relevant degree or equivalent qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial management of the Hub, including setting and monitoring plans and budgets, and providing regular reports to stakeholders.
- Maintaining a sound knowledge of current University policy and procedures, and following them or providing compliant advice.
- Overseeing Hub grants and contracts, and contributing to financial and non-financial reporting.
