Venue Explorer

As a Venue Explorer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality experiences are delivered to our global community.
You will liaise with project managers and producers to identify challenges and opportunities with venues, providing production teams with insights to plan events within operational parameters.
Responsibilities include conducting due diligence of potential venues, strategizing and prioritizing requests for venue sourcing, sourcing venues that align with producer concepts and designs, and conducting site visits to assess feasibility.
Additionally, you will ensure design intent is correct, evaluate how design decisions impact budget and schedule, communicate with venue owners and project managers about initial fees, lease agreements, and terms, and assist project managers in obtaining necessary permits.
Key Qualifications:- Experience in property or venue negotiations, facilities management, or live event production management
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, build relationships, and negotiate effectively
- Previous experience closing and negotiating venue contracts, and/or live events production management
- Basic knowledge of reading floor plans, RCP, and technical drawings
- Excellent networking skills and ability to form strategic partnerships
- Collaborative approach and willingness to take on diverse tasks
- Strong academic background
