We're seeking Venue Managers, General Managers, and Beverage Managers from the UK hospitality industry to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of our iconic, high-volume venues.

Australian Venue Co. operates 200+ venues across Australia and New Zealand – from waterfront bars and rooftop restaurants to busy inner-city pubs and large-scale events venues. About the Roles

We are looking for hospitality leaders who thrive in multi-faceted, high-energy venues.

As a key member of the AVC leadership team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Overseeing day-to-day venue operations
  • Leading and mentoring large teams
  • Driving service excellence and venue profitability
  • Creating an engaging and positive guest experience
  • Collaborating with senior management to deliver business goals
