The Role

This part-time Weighbridge Site Coordinator position is based at the Belrose site, working closely with a small team to provide excellent customer service. As the first or last point of contact, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers, drivers, and interacting with operators.

You will also coordinate onsite inductions, learn to run and operate a weighbridge, monitor and maintain customer records, process payments via cash, eftpos, and account transactions, reconcile payments daily, and manage databases.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet customers, drivers, and interact with your portfolio of operators.
  • Coordinate onsite inductions and ensure a smooth experience for clients.
  • Learn to operate a weighbridge and perform related tasks.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Process payments efficiently via multiple methods.
  • Reconcile daily payments and manage databases effectively.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A people-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  • Reliable personal transport for travel between sites.

Earnings and Benefits

As a valued member of our client's team, you can expect a competitive salary range of AU$45,000 - AU$55,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes benefits such as opportunities for growth and development within the company.
