As a Program Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our Regional Learning Initiatives program, working closely with teachers, school leaders, and other stakeholders to drive educational outcomes for students in the Goldfields and Midwest regions.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in teaching and education, with experience in leading strategic change and generating innovative solutions. You will be responsible for providing instructional coaching and support to teachers, as well as developing and implementing professional learning programs to enhance teacher capacity and student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide instructional coaching and support to teachers to enhance their practice and improve student outcomes
  • Develop and implement professional learning programs to enhance teacher capacity and student outcomes
  • Work closely with teachers, school leaders, and other stakeholders to drive educational outcomes for students in the Goldfields and Midwest regions
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the Regional Learning Initiatives program
Requirements
  • Recognised qualification in teaching and current registration to teach in Western Australia
  • Experience in leading strategic change and generating innovative solutions
  • Highly developed verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse range of educational settings
