The company, Compare the Market, is a leading player in the market comparison industry, and we're seeking an exceptional Transformational Project Director to drive our project delivery excellence and champion transparent communication. Our ambitious growth plans will shape the future organisation, and you will play a crucial role in managing key projects throughout the full project delivery lifecycle. Your contributions will also help develop the delivery approach to improve operating rhythms, customer experience, and project governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage key projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion and budget compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain project governance frameworks to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Contribute to the development of the company's delivery approach, focusing on customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Champion transparent communication and stakeholder management to ensure project success.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive process improvements.
  • Expertise in project governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £75,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
