About Us

We are seeking a skilled Metal Fabricator to join our landscape construction installations team. As a key member, you will be responsible for fabricating and installing metal structures, garden features, and other metal components.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Fabricate and install metal structures, including gates, fences, and decorative features
  • Fabricate garden features, such as planters, benches, and sculptures
  • Bend and roll metal edging to create custom designs
  • Read and execute landscape design prints to implement the construction plan
  • Understand elevations and use this knowledge to execute the construction plan
  • Work in a team or alone, depending on the project requirements
  • Weld and operate various mechanical equipment, including bobcats, backhoes, and drills
  • Operate automatic and manual vehicles, such as utes and trucks
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including the worksite and equipment
Requirements:
  • Working knowledge of standard construction practices and basic understanding of electricity, piping, and plumbing
  • 3-5 years of metal fabrication experience preferred
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, math skills, job planning skills, mechanical aptitude, and creativity
  • Ability to communicate with coworkers and clients
  • Read and execute blueprints
  • Ability to weld and bend metal for designs as necessary
  • Recognise plant material
  • Operate and use all landscape tools and equipment effectively
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
