Job Overview

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in driving our digital presence through strategic content and campaign execution.

">

Key responsibilities include coordinating campaigns with cross-functional teams, managing website updates and content management processes, collaborating with the Digital team to identify website enhancements and features, executing A/B testing for these enhancements, communicating with web development teams to report and resolve website issues, delivering on website insights feeding the robust weekly reporting system, coordinating paid campaign execution, connecting stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, brand, ecommerce, IT, and external agencies, working closely with the Customer Service team to ensure BtoB and BtC insights are considered.

Requirements

">
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.">
  • Minimum 2-4 years' experience in website content management and campaign execution.">
  • Proactive approach in identifying opportunities, solving problems, and implementing effective marketing strategies.">
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise competing demands.">
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, swiftly providing solutions to challenges.">
  • High level of attention to detail with the ability to execute with high quality.">
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Looker Studio, Search Console, and Microsoft Excel.">
  • Good communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.">
