Job Description:
We are a leading supplier of plumbing and bathroom products, with a presence in 900+ branches globally. Our company has been supporting the trade for over 100 years, providing top-quality products and expert advice to plumbers every day.
About The Role:
As part of our Trade Counter team, you will be responsible for delivering products, providing customer service to plumbers and other tradespeople, and undertaking various tasks that keep the warehouse and trade counter running smoothly.
A Typical Day Involves:
- Delivering parts and products to customers using a company vehicle
- Picking orders, maintaining shop floor displays, and ensuring information provided is accurate
- Helping keep the branch and warehouse tidy and safe
- Providing customer service and support
Required Skills And Qualifications:
- Previous experience in delivery driving, retail, or customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
- Valid driver's license and ability to work varied shifts, including weekends
