Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and efficient Delivery Professional to join our team. This role involves coordinating and managing deliveries to trade customers, building strong relationships through exceptional sales and service standards, and working in a customer-facing environment.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, prioritizing tasks, and multitasking. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service, ensuring safe work environments, and promoting products and marketing activities when delivering products.

Duties Include
  • Coordinate and manage deliveries to trade customers
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Build strong relationships with customers
  • Safely deliver products to trade customers
  • Actively promote products and marketing activities
  • Assist the team with other tasks as required
Requirements
  • Proactive and able to multitask
  • Customer service mindset
  • Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Physical capacity to perform the duties of the role
  • Current/valid driver's licence (manual preferred)
  • Previous customer service experience in a trade/mechanical environment (desirable)
