  • Respond to queries related to product documentation, regulation, and compliance.
  • Manage external product registration and certification processes.
  • Regularly update databases with data from suppliers, associations, customers, and legislation.
  • Capture, prioritize, and track requests from internal stakeholders and affiliate sites using online systems.
  • Respond to product, compliance, regulatory, and information queries from customers in a timely manner.
Essential Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a science or related field.
  • Several years of experience in providing regulatory and compliance information in food or beverage industries.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Australian or New Zealand Food Standards.

Effective communication skills are essential for this role. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
