Regulatory Documentation Specialist Role

We are seeking a meticulous and collaborative individual to provide product documentation, regulation, and compliance information internally and externally.

This role requires timely creation, maintenance, and delivery of product documentation, registration, and certifications as well as responding to customer requests to support business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide regulatory guidance and recommendations to Sales and Technical teams.
  • Manage external product registration and certification including Halal, Kosher, TGA.
  • Update regulatory databases with data from suppliers, associations, customers, and legislation.
  • Capture, prioritize, and track all requests from internal stakeholders and affiliate sites.
  • Manage associated requests via online systems.
  • Respond to product, compliance, regulatory, and information queries from customers in a timely manner.
  • Complete customer-specific questionnaires and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a science or related discipline.
  • Several years of experience in providing regulatory and compliance information in food or beverage in Australia or New Zealand.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Australian or New Zealand Food Standards.
  • Technical or Quality Experience preferred but not required.
