About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Cert III in Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in a similar admin/customer service role, showcasing your ability to adapt and grow
  • Patient, calm, and sunny disposition to handle challenging situations
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office Suite skills for efficient workflow management
  • Highly developed organisation and time management skills to meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of Kronos/payroll systems/admin requirements in the Aged, Health Care or regulated industry (a plus)
