Education Strategist Role

Are you passionate about helping students succeed? We're seeking an Education Strategist to join our team and support students in achieving their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design comprehensive strategies to help students close the gap between their current performance and desired outcomes.
  • Implement strategy roadmaps by providing ongoing support, equipping students with key skills, tracking progress, and building confidence and capability through mentoring and coaching.
  • Support students with unique issues affecting their academic performance, including specific learning challenges and mental health issues.
  • Maintain regular communications with key stakeholders, including parents and specialists.
  • Proactively drive excellent outcomes and outstanding client experience.

Requirements:

  • Recognised university or similar tertiary qualification in Australia.
  • Min. 2 years demonstrated experience in education, career advisory, coaching or similar field.
  • A working understanding of secondary education and university requirements, and career prospects.
  • Relevant evidence of success in customer-facing roles.
  • Valid NSW Working with Children Check.
