Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about motorcycles. This role is ideal for someone who loves to stay active at work and can prioritize effectively.

We are seeking a motivated and committed individual who has some existing retail work experience and enjoys building meaningful relationships with customers and peers.

The successful candidate will:

  • Maintain a focus on safety to ensure their safety and that of their teammates and customers
  • Contribute to sales and key performance indicators of the store
  • Be a team player
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment to customer service excellence
  • Provide superior, up-to-date information on products and services to customers
  • Maintain shop presentation and ensure shelving is stocked
  • Clean and maintain showroom standards
  • Show commitment and reliability to shifts

This role requires physical activity, including lifting, bending, and climbing. Availability across a 7-day roster is also an advantage.
