As a passionate advocate for animal welfare, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of our furry, feathered, and scaly friends. Our team of dedicated professionals is committed to delivering exceptional customer service, providing expert advice on health, nutrition, and wellness products.

Key Responsibilities :
  1. Support the store manager and assistant store manager in maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment
  2. Offer knowledgeable, caring advice on pet wellness products to customers
  3. Develop strong relationships with customers, providing warm, genuine service that exceeds their expectations
  4. Train and coach the store team to deliver service excellence, meet business objectives, and follow best practices
  5. Ensure the store remains organized and shelves are well-stocked (some heavy lifting required)
  6. Assist with sales, returns, and large purchases while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  7. Take responsibility for opening and closing the store, including security tasks

About You :
  • A natural love for animals and people is essential
  • At least two years' experience working in a high-volume retail environment is preferred
  • Friendly, patient, and eager to help is a must
  • Organized and detail-oriented is necessary
