Early Learning Centre seeks a seasoned Educator to assume the role of Room Leader, fostering a nurturing environment for young minds in Hobart.

  • Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals to create an engaging, high-quality learning program inspired by Reggio Emilia principles.
  • Develop and implement programs that respect children's cultural backgrounds and interests, crafting a play-based environment responsive to their strengths and abilities.
  • Establish daily routines, maintain records of development, and continuously assess and enhance children's learning experiences.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care or equivalent, with expertise in early learning frameworks and quality standards.
  • Ability to lead program delivery, partnering with educators, families, and children to provide a developmentally appropriate curriculum.
  • Strategic planning, reflection, time management, and minimal supervision.
  • In-depth knowledge of National Law and Regulations governing early childhood education.
