Compliance Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Support Officer to join our team in Perth, Western Australia.
Job DescriptionThe Compliance Support Officer will provide administrative support to the Compliance & Governance teams within Epiroc South Pacific Holdings and associated Companies. Key responsibilities include:
- Administrative Support: providing administrative support to the Compliance Manager and broader Compliance Team as directed;
- Legal Compliance: monitoring and following up key compliance action due dates and helping to administer Epiroc's key compliance programs;
- Risk Management and Internal Control: supporting Epiroc's entity-level risk assessment process by following up with risk owners and assisting the Compliance Manager with the completion and documentation of periodic internal control testing;
- Corporate Insurance Coordination Support: providing support to the Property, Insurance and Governance Officer in the administration and oversight of local and global insurance policies;
- Property Management: assisting the Property, Insurance and Governance Officer in the day-to-day administration of Epiroc's property portfolio, including support for lease payments and property matters;
- Company Formalities and Governance: assisting the Compliance Manager and Property, Insurance and Governance Officer with support in relation to the preparation of meeting agendas, taking of minutes as required, and scheduling of meetings;
The ideal candidate will have a background in administration practices, highly developed attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, exposure to mining and related industries, high level of integrity, strong interpersonal, negotiating, and stakeholder management skills, and a structured approach.
