Onshore Offshore Equipment Team Lead

The role of an onshore offshore equipment supervisor is crucial for the safe and successful operation of equipment. The individual in this position will oversee a team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
The job requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and excellent communication abilities. The supervisor will conduct regular equipment checks to ensure compliance and technical correctness.
Key responsibilities include supervising team members, conducting equipment checks, leading tool box talks and planning meetings, collaborating with clients' representatives, and ensuring accurate documentation for company procedures and client requirements.
The ideal candidate should have technical knowledge gained through completion of competency for grade, formal technical qualification, at least 10 years of related technical experience, and proven team leader/supervisory experience.
Remuneration: $80,000 - $120,000 AUD per annum.
