Job Summary

The Subsea Supervisor is a critical role responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient execution of well operations. This position requires a highly experienced individual with expertise in subsea engineering and a strong ability to work autonomously as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out assigned work with particular emphasis on HSEQ performance, preparation of engineering execution, and supervision of offshore activities.
  • Accountable for performing all duties with due regard to the health, safety of self, others, and of the environment in which they are undertaken.
  • Ensure that well design, construction, and intervention procedures comply with Petrofac, Client, and relevant legislative requirements.
  • Lead in the preparation and review of onshore FAT/SIT procedures, intervention programs, and interface documents with LWIV service partners.
  • Supervise the installation and test of subsea equipment in compliance with program.
  • Collate daily reports from service companies and supply information to Petrofac supervisor.
  • Report to Drilling/Well Services Supervisor during well completion or intervention activities.
  • Responsible for input into programs, work instructions, and program amendments for the construction, re-entry, repair of a well.
  • Direct report to Well Services Supervisor during offshore operations and appointed onshore Team Lead.
  • Responsible during offshore operations for the service and performance of ROV, Wellhead, Subsea Tree Systems, Work Over, and Intervention Systems, and Subsea Test Tree Systems.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in subsea engineering, including design, construction, and intervention procedures.
  • Proven track record of safe and efficient execution of well operations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of HSEQ principles and regulatory requirements.
