About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruiter/Senior Recruiter to join the EMEA Talent Acquisition team at FTI Consulting, Inc. The successful candidate will be based in our London or Frankfurt office and will support several segments within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their business needs and identify top talent for current and future roles.
  • Develop and implement a direct sourcing focused recruitment approach to attract diverse candidates and deliver an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely progress and effective communication with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Share insights gained from candidate discussions on market trends, challenges, and opportunities with stakeholders.
  • Drive referrals, networking, and sharing FTI Consulting stories to generate candidates.
  • Maintain and update submitted candidates in applicant tracking systems/CRM.
  • Extend and negotiate offers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in full life cycle recruiting.
  • Experience utilizing CRM/ATS systems, with Taleo and Yello being advantageous.
  • Proficient in Excel/PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills

  • Proficient in using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, referrals, talent communities, and other methods for direct sourcing.
  • Experience in stakeholder management.
  • Prior specialist recruiting experience within Management Consulting, ideally with a focus on international roles.
  • Experience with Taleo or other applicant tracking systems/CRM tools.
  • Ability to provide accurate, consistent, and efficient service under pressure.
  • Exceptional customer service focus with persistent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with a high degree of self-direction and flexibility.
