Join a Dynamic Aged Care Team

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our casual pool in the Murray River region. As a valued member of our team, you will work alongside other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to residents in aged care facilities.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for providing person-centred care to residents, performing assessments and managing care plans, administering medications and treatments, and leading and supporting Personal Care Workers during your shift.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Delivering high-quality clinical care to residents in a dynamic and ever-changing environment
  • Performing comprehensive assessments and updating care plans to ensure resident needs are met
  • Administering medications and treatments as required, adhering to clinical guidelines
  • Leading and supporting Personal Care Workers on shift to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Ensuring all care provided meets relevant regulatory standards

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in an aged care or clinical setting
  • Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills to drive high-quality care delivery
  • Ability to work autonomously and adapt to new environments
