As a fabrication supervisor, you will oversee our team at 3D Welding Works, providing exceptional service and quality finishes for various clients.

We offer a friendly work environment with modern equipment based in Caringbah, close to public transport with onsite parking.

The Role

  • Produce and manage TIG and MIG welding operations
  • Oversee CNC cutting and bending processes
  • Deliver architectural finishes in brass, stainless steel, steel & aluminum
  • Support the development of team members through active coaching and mentoring
  • Liaise with clients for quotes, measurements, and installations
  • Manage machine servicing and maintenance
  • Lead a safety-first culture with thorough understanding of HSEQ principles
  • Assist with project administration including raising purchase orders, job status updates, and resource allocation

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in fabrication
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory role
  • Ability to read technical drawings, surveys, and set out drawings in CAD software
  • Collaborative with excellent organisational skills, an eye for quality & detail
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Trade qualifications, White card, forklift tickets, and First Aid certificate required
  • Valid Australian working rights necessary
