Healthcare Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly experienced Registered Nurse to fill the role of Healthcare Operations Coordinator. This exciting opportunity is for a permanent full-time position with a focus on patient flow coordination.

About the Role:

The key responsibility of this role is to ensure efficient operations by coordinating patient flow in a timely manner, working closely with healthcare teams and stakeholders.

Key Duties Include:

  • Providing leadership and operational management of admissions and staffing resources.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of patient placements and ensuring effective communication between facilities.
  • Liaising with case managers regarding transfer of patients from other organizations.
About You:

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • AHPRA registration with a current practicing certificate.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated high-level communication and public relation skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships.
