Senior Tax Business Services Manager

Lead a team of accounting professionals in a chartered accounting firm, leveraging your expertise to drive growth and excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a supervisor, you will be responsible for mentoring staff, streamlining office procedures, and providing hands-on client advisory through face-to-face interactions, offering strategic financial advice. You will work closely with partners to ensure quality control and accuracy in client deliverables, while fostering a supportive environment that promotes collaboration and innovation.
The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years' experience in Australian tax and business advisory, with a strong passion for leadership and client service. As an Australian citizen or permanent resident, you will bring a deep understanding of the local market and regulatory environment.
