Regional Tax and Business Services Manager

This leadership role presents a unique chance to oversee a team of tax and business services specialists, working closely with senior partners and mentoring junior accountants while delivering exceptional service to a diverse client base, including small to medium enterprises, agricultural, and mining businesses.
About the Position:- Manage a tax and business services team in a reputable firm located in Central Queensland
- Collaborate with senior partners and mentor junior accountants
- Deliver high-quality services to diverse clients, including SMEs, farming, and mining businesses
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification
- At least 5 years of experience in a leading Australian accounting firm
- Proficiency in Xero, MYOB, and Intuit; CA or CPA certification is highly preferred
- Develop and implement effective team management strategies
- Build strong relationships with senior partners and other stakeholders
- Mentor junior accountants to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Deliver high-quality services to clients across various industries
