
Technology Client Service Specialist

About the Role:
In this dynamic and customer-centric position, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service and support to our technology clients. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert assistance, streamline processes, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Account Executives to drive customer success through strategic support, quotes, and tailored solutions
- Manage customer relationships through responsive communication and proactive problem-solving
- Drive operational excellence through accurate pricing, reporting, and order management
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery
- Support business development through administrative excellence and event coordination
Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience in technology sales support or customer service
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Proven track record of building positive customer relationships
- Sharp attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Experience in IT product administration and vendor management
