Job Opportunity:

The Trade Strategy Manager will play a critical role in driving growth and elevating brand presence.

\

This is an opportunity to bring creativity and analytics together, influencing sales and creating lasting impacts on the market.

\

Key Responsibilities:

\
  • Develop and execute a Channel and 4Ps strategy for brands identifying KPIs and activation plans by store format.\
  • Work with the brand team to develop and execute consumer and trade marketing plans for brands.\
  • Co-own with the brand team the S&OP process for brands with particular focus on the customer/channel part, including tracking of 4Ps by store format, outlook for the next 12 months, and gap filling initiatives.\
  • Effectively communicate to the sales team to ensure Go-To-Market excellence.\
  • Support the Sales team in creating customer presentations and meeting customer requirements.\
  • Identify key shopper insights and leverage them into Brand Plans.

Requirements:

\
  • A solid background in trade strategy, sales, or a strategic role with a proven track record of crafting compelling trade strategies.\
  • Previous experience within the FMCG industry.\
  • Insight driven with a strong understanding of trade channels and consumer behavior.\
  • Excellent ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable strategies.\
  • Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset and ability to adapt to market shifts.\
  • Effective communicator and influencer, adept at stakeholder engagement and negotiation.\
  • Excellent financial acumen.\
  • Proficient in using Syndicated Data (e.g., Nielsen / IRI) and tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant category management software.
