Salary: $75,000 - $140,000

Job Description

In this pivotal role, you will work closely with an outstanding Senior Personal Injury Lawyer to manage your own files and liaise directly with clients, doctors, insurers, and solicitors.

You will relish the challenge and satisfaction of making a positive impact and obtaining justice for your clients in respect of their workers' compensation, CTP, and public liability claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own personal injury law files from start to finish.
  • Liaise directly with clients, doctors, insurers, and solicitors.
  • Work collaboratively with the Senior Personal Injury Lawyer to achieve excellent outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2-10 years of personal injury law experience, including plaintiff experience.
  • Proven ability to highly autonomously manage your own personal injury law files.
  • Strong technical legal knowledge of relevant legislation, research, drafting, and advocacy skills.
  • Extremely astute, client/results-driven, proactive, and able to take full ownership of your role.
