Retail Business Manager

This position involves leading a team in a retail environment, contributing to the achievement of departmental objectives. Key responsibilities include customer service, sales maximisation, cash and stock control, dispute resolution, and visual merchandising.
You will work with your team to deliver an exceptional guest service experience, ensuring efficiency, safety, and memorability. A high level of attention to detail is required for maintaining optimum outlet presentation.
Requirements

- excellent communication skills
- experience working in solo outlets and large teams
- strong customer service experience in fast-paced tourism environments
- leadership experience in retail store management, including stock replenishment, stock control, and visual merchandising
- a 'can-do' attitude with ability to lead team in setting and achieving workloads
- ability to remain calm under pressure
