Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic audiology clinic team in Darwin, AU. As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a diverse role combining front desk reception, clinic administration, and hands-on assistance with hearing aids.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless client care, handling hearing aid orders and processing, and assisting with client device management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service via phone and face-to-face interactions
  • Prepare the clinic for client visits, ensuring all necessary equipment is available and functioning correctly
  • Process hearing aid orders and assist with Bluetooth device connectivity
  • Handle invoicing and receipting, including processing client and manufacturer invoices
  • Perform general administrative duties, including filing, cleaning, and assisting with private health rebates and insurance claims
  • Manage client devices, including insertion, cleaning, and basic hearing aid maintenance
