Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Ground Transport Officer to join our team at Perth Airport.

About the Role:

  • Provide assistance and information to visitors
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Conduct patrols and routine inspections of Perth Airport roadways, forecourts, and facilities
  • Identify and address any defects, hazards, or suspicious activity
  • Maintain accurate records related to health and safety, training, and customer service

Requirements:

  • Proven history in customer service
  • An approachable manner
  • Great listening skills and communication abilities
  • The composure to handle challenging situations
  • A full Driver's Licence
  • A WACE certificate (or equivalent)
  • Experience in Basic Worksite Traffic Management and Traffic Control (Construction White Card) or willingness to obtain these qualifications
  • Desirable: RIIWHS302D - Implement traffic management plan and RIIWHS250D - Control Traffic with a stop-slow bat, First Aid qualification
