The role of Solution Designer is a hands-on position that involves direct engagement with business stakeholders to comprehend their needs, enhance existing solutions, and introduce new functionalities to our platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver solution designs throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Project and Integration Architects to identify potential gaps and risks within the solution architecture.
  • Evaluate high-level design alternatives to ensure compliance with architectural principles and address non-functional requirements such as security, capacity, and performance.
  • Provide preliminary cost assessments when necessary and subsequently develop detailed designs that adhere to the strategic roadmap and uphold quality standards established by the Architecture Governance board and Enterprise Architects.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in Solution Architecture and Design roles within the telecommunications industry.
  • Proven experience with Amdocs products, along with a comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle, including the creation of high-level solutions and estimations.
  • Expertise in designing services for Postpaid Mobile, Fixed Line, 5G, and Broadband.
  • Experience in CRM, order management, product oversight, and development.
  • Practical knowledge across consumer, business, enterprise, and wholesale market segments.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain relationships with vendors and business partners.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Cloud-based solutions is advantageous.
