Capital Projects Leader

Our organisation is seeking a skilled leader to drive strategic planning and performance initiatives across the city. The successful candidate will lead the delivery of complex capital projects, oversee the annual capital works program, and provide strategic leadership to a multi-disciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Align programs with organisational goals and community aspirations
- Apply political, social, and legal awareness to all initiatives
- Identify strategic risks and opportunities impacting the organisation
- Provide high-level advice to stakeholders to enhance project planning and delivery
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Current Driver Licence
- Desirable: Experience in delivery of capital projects in a local government environment
