Financial Operations Lead

About You

  • Experience: Significant experience in financial operations, ideally within a multi-country or retail environment.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of FX risk management, accounting standards, and banking processes.
  • Leadership Skills: Confident leading teams and providing mentorship to drive performance and accountability.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Analytical, process-driven, and comfortable working with ERP systems, banking platforms, and financial reporting tools.
