**About the Role**

We are seeking an accomplished Engineering Delivery Manager to lead our Engineering Delivery Team and oversee the delivery of engineering services at the Captain Cook Graving Dock and across GIDP.

">

As an Engineering Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for driving engineering delivery strategy, managing end-to-end technical execution, leading internal engineering teams, and coordinating key suppliers.

">

You will monitor progress, budgets, risks, and KPIs across all work packages, collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to meet project needs, manage engineering schedules and resourcing requirements, and uphold engineering quality standards and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management qualifications desirable, 7+ years' experience leading engineering delivery in maritime or building services, strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

They will also have experience with complex programs, EVM, and digital tools (JIRA, Primavera, MS Office), a strategic mindset, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes.
