About The Role

Hansen Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Analyst to join our next generation utilities billing software division based in Brisbane. This key role will drive success as part of an onsite team responsible for the implementation and ongoing support of billing, meter asset management and meter data management solutions for our Brisbane based client, Australia's largest, wholly government-owned electricity company.

As a Senior Technical Analyst, you will work with our clients to gather and document requirements, identifying business processes, interface formats and data associated with developing technical solutions. You will design and develop production customizations, configuration changes, reports, interfaces and scripts, including support for deployment of new versions into testing and production environments.

You will adhere to and enforce processes and standards for updates and configuration changes required to supported client environments and systems. Monitoring and delivery of key system processes, contracted SLA and performance targets for the client in a fully SaaS based solution will also be a key responsibility.

Working with software architects and business analysts, you will ensure that technical requirements accurately reflect the business use case model and are reconciled with each other. Identifying and reporting technical risks throughout the life of the project and providing mitigation strategies for those risks will be essential.

Providing technical and product expertise to support the client's product configuration, data migration, acceptance testing, product integration and incident resolution processes will be a key part of this role. Working with remote development centres on issue analysis and replication, providing maintenance programming support will also be required.
