Backend Developer Role

We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer to join our Engineering team. As a key member, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing server-side logic to support seamless integration with front-end components.

  • Leverage your expertise in modern backend frameworks and methodologies to deliver robust, scalable, and secure backend systems.
  • Built reusable codebases ensuring high system performance.
  • Safeguard data integrity and security.
Responsibilities:
  1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
  2. Build and maintain synchronous and asynchronous microservices/serverless functions using Node.js and Python.
  3. Integrate with cloud, third-party, SaaS or on-premise databases.
  4. Manage secure authentication and authorization flows using OAuth2/OIDC/SAML.
  5. Develop and integrate AI and ML workloads within the cloud.
  6. Automate CI/CD pipelines and monitor back-end services.
  7. Write unit/integration tests participate in code reviews and ensure best practices in API design and performance.
  8. Maintain visibility into system health and security using logging/monitoring tools.

About You:

A skilled backend specialist with a strong technical foundation.

  • Strong programming skills in Node.js and Python.
  • Experience with cloud-native architectures and event-driven design.
  • Proficiency in designing RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL endpoints.
  • Experience with authentication protocols (JWT, Oauth2, OIDC, passwordless - WebAuthN, FIDO).
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and processes (CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code).
