Packaging Engineer Opportunity

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Packaging Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for leading embellishment initiatives, managing co-packing operations, and driving packaging sustainability efforts.

  • You will lead packaging embellishment projects, including specialty finishes, labelling, artwork development, and prepare specification/documentation.
  • You will collaborate with design, technical, and brand teams to ensure visual excellence and packaging feasibility.
  • You will champion cost, quality, and speed-to-market optimizations in embellishment.
  • You will serve as the key liaison between internal stakeholders and co-packers.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain.
  • 3-5 years of experience in packaging, preferably in FMCG or healthcare.
  • A solid understanding of embellishment techniques, co-packing operations, and sustainable packaging materials.
