Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to lead our marketing strategy in multiple regions. The successful candidate will combine technical marketing expertise with product knowledge, pricing analysis, brand strategy, and digital execution.

  • Digital Marketing Execution: Plan and run campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, CPC/paid media, and digital channels using AI tools to speed up execution and improve ROI.
  • Brand & Category Management: Build and maintain our brand presence while managing product category positioning in multiple regions.
  • Pricing & Product Strategy: Conduct market research and pricing analysis to develop competitive strategies for Australia, Singapore, UK, and New Zealand.
  • Partner & Integration Marketing: Support marketing of our product integrations with platforms such as Microsoft and other enterprise ecosystems.
  • Sales Promotion: Design and implement promotions tailored to local and international audiences.
  • Technical Content Development: Translate digital signature standards, encryption protocols, blockchain solutions, and AI-driven technology into compelling marketing campaigns.
  • WhatsApp Product Marketing: Create targeted strategies and pitches for WhatsApp-based products and communication channels.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related discipline (Optional).
  • Minimum 3 years' proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or in related roles (Brand Manager, Category Manager, Pricing Analyst, Product Manager, Sales Promotion Officer, Digital Marketing Specialist).
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Sora, Gemini for campaign planning, content creation, and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of digital signature standards, encryption, blockchain applications, and AI embedding into technology platforms.
  • Proven ability to market and pitch WhatsApp-based solutions and digital communication products in enterprises.
  • Experience with partner marketing and product integrations (e.g., Microsoft ecosystem).
  • Strong communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
  • Understanding of international marketing regulations and compliance frameworks.
