Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to oversee and manage our company's Information Technology environment and systems. This role involves a hands-on approach, including oversight of our corporate IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations, system security, and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the whole IT environment across our organization.
  • Ensure the seamless operation, integration, and alignment of all systems with business needs, including maintaining hardware, software, networks, and cloud services to support daily operations and long-term strategic goals.
  • Provide leadership in the relationship with our external IT service provider.
  • Deliver high-quality infrastructure maintenance, helpdesk services, and user support, including setting service level expectations, monitoring performance, and addressing issues promptly to maintain a reliable and responsive IT function.
  • Coordinate communication systems and IT environments in collaboration with key personnel across all sites, fostering consistency, efficiency, and alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Act as a central point of contact to ensure technology supports effective internal collaboration and external communication.
  • Ensure the security and resilience of all infrastructure and data assets, safeguarding the organization against internal vulnerabilities and external cyber threats.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in IT management or a similar leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and security practices.
  • Exceptional vendor and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, take initiative with a hands-on approach, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
