Our company operates 19 pharmacies across the western region of Victoria, delivering health services beyond dispensing. We offer a range of services through our three medical centres, provide non-emergency medical care, free of charge to our local community through the Ballarat Priority Primary Care Centre (PPCC), and operate Supercare Nursing Services across Victoria, providing after-hours nursing services to the communities we serve.

The Role
This role is available for shifts during business hours, evenings, and weekends. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting customers with general queries and providing excellent customer service
- Replenishing stock and maintaining inventory levels to ensure a smooth operation
- Keeping up general cleanliness of the store to maintain a safe and healthy environment
- Setting up displays for catalogue promotions to engage customers
- Assisting in the dispensary with scripts in/out to ensure efficient service
About You
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant
- Completed S2/S3 or Certificate 3 in Community Pharmacy
- Own transport to be able to work across various locations
- Full time availability
- Passion for healthcare and the community
- Demonstrated integrity, and commitment to the purpose and guiding principles of UFS
