**Project Coordinator Role**We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled professional to support the successful delivery of complex projects. The ideal candidate will have a background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and be able to manage the full life cycle of a project from planning and design reviews to procurement, construction, and commissioning.Key Responsibilities:
  • Support end-to-end project delivery, including planning, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
  • Assist in the coordination of works, ensuring integration with architectural and structural components.
  • Participate in design reviews, providing technical input on systems and compliance with relevant requirements.
  • Manage and track project documentation, including RFIs, ITPs, RFTs, QA/QC records, and technical submittals.
**Requirements:**
  • Tertiary qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
  • Minimum 6 years' experience in building construction projects, with exposure to vertical infrastructure and MEP systems.
  • Strong working knowledge of project management principles, including scheduling, procurement, QA/QC, and cost control.
