At Snooze, we empower our customers to design personalized bedroom environments that reflect their unique styles, backed by the dedication and expertise of our team. Since our inception in Mackay in 1990, we have established a strong reputation as a trusted family-owned business.
The Role:
Snooze Mackay is in search of enthusiastic Sales Consultants who are confident in their abilities and excel at building rapport while providing expert sleep solutions to our clientele. We seek individuals who are motivated and maintain a positive outlook.
This position offers flexible scheduling across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday: 9 AM - 5 PM, Saturday: 9 AM - 4 PM, and Sunday: 10 AM - 3 PM.
We offer a competitive hourly wage for the right candidate. This position can be full-time, part-time, or casual (you choose your hours), with a minimum commitment of either Saturday or Sunday each week, or the option for alternating weekends.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- Experience in retail, particularly with high-value items (experience in customer service roles is also considered suitable)
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a small team
- Previous experience in retail or customer-centric roles is advantageous
- Strong and professional communication skills
- Proficiency in computer usage
- A drive to meet sales targets and KPIs
