Job Title: Operations Director

This role is critical to the effective management and oversight of the correctional facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of the centre, as well as developing and implementing strategies to maintain high levels of security.

  • Maintain and improve existing security protocols and procedures.
  • Develop and implement new emergency response plans and contingency measures.
  • Lead the team in preparing and implementing the centre's workforce plan and business strategy.
  • Ensure the effective provision of custodial services, including the maintenance of offender security procedures.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience in managing staff and developing strategic plans. They will also possess a strong understanding of security best practices and procedures.
