Relieving Regional Manager - Youth Opportunity

As a highly skilled and dedicated Relieving Regional Manager, you will play a vital role in implementing the Social Impact Action Plan within Region 1. You will work closely with QPS Senior Sergeants and the State Operations Manager to ensure effective collaboration and achieve organizational goals.

This position offers the opportunity to be based at any of our clubs across the state, allowing for flexibility and diversity in your work environment.

The successful candidate will have the ability to lead and manage teams, ensuring that program contractual outcomes are met while promoting a positive culture and building team capabilities.

  • Develop and articulate a clear strategic vision for youth programs aligned with organisational goals and community needs

Requirements:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification or significant experience in the industry in lieu of a qualification
  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role in youth and community programs
  • At least 2 years' experience in a leadership role
  • Demonstrated ability in contract management across government corporate community entities
  • Ability to work with Government stakeholders at a local and state level to add value to existing youth engagement strategies
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to travel across the state as required
  • Hold a current unrestricted driver's license
